The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) spent over £15 billion in 2023-24 to oversee elements of the justice system. MoJ administers courts and tribunals in partnership with the independent judiciary, prisons, probation services and a range of services to help children, vulnerable people, victims of crime and those seeking access to justice.
