We are delighted to announce that Verity Prime and Laura Lucking will be joining the NAO as our new Executive Directors, as a job-share, starting in February 2025. They will be responsible for overseeing our work on areas such as infrastructure, transport, major projects, defence, energy and net zero.
They join from The National Lottery Community Fund where they currently work as the Directors of Funding Strategy, Communications and Impact. With a strategic leadership background across the public sector, they bring significant experience delivering organisation-wide change projects and managing large multi-disciplinary teams of experts.
Laura and Verity said “We’re delighted to be joining the NAO. We are passionate about making public services as efficient and effective as possible, especially for the people that need them most. Being part of the NAO offers us a really exciting opportunity to influence delivery across public services.”
