It takes as its basis the Department’s Annual Report and Accounts 2009, drawing upon the work of the National Audit Office, together with relevant material from other external and internal reviews of departmental performance.
The contents of the briefing have been shared with the Department to ensure that the evidence presented is factually accurate, but any commentary and views expressed are the sole responsibility of the National Audit Office.
